The main objective is to provide to our clients a complete service that includes all the activities related to the prevention and control of Legionella in all type of facilities, simplifying the fulfilment of the governing law (Real Decree 664/1997 of labour risks and Real Decree 865/2003 of Control of Legionella).

We offer a fast taking action and decision system in view of the appearance of incidences.

• Facilities audit
• Sampling in water and bioaerosols, air and sludges
• Usage of isolation in culture methods adapted to each sample type
• Fast molecular diagnosis, based on PCR at “real time” that allow the quantification (Q-PCR) and viability (RT-PCR) of Legionella (total of organisms and if they are alive or dead)
• Complementary tests like: Species Identification by 16S rDNAsecuencing; Molecular characterization by AP-PCR; Biocide activity tests against Legionella
• Establishing of preventive and maintenance actions
• Application of correction actions
• Cleaning and disinfection of facilities
• Analytical methods accredited by the National Spanish Accreditation Body (ENAC) (109/LE285)
• Storing of all the obtained isolates, having actually a cepario with more than 2600 Legionella isolates

We would like to point out that we have counted with 10 founded investigation projects in the area of Legionella by organisms like the Ministries of Science and Technology, Education and Culture, and Industry and Energy (MINER), the Centre for the Technological and Industrial Development (CDTI), the main directorate XII of the European Union, and Autonomic Organisms like the IMPIVA (Institute of the Medium and Small Valencian Industry) or the Education and Science Council.

The results of this work have given rise to the presentation of three doctoral theses, works in 22 national and international Scientific Congresses have been presented, and 17 scientific articles in national and international prestige magazines have been published.
