The evaluation of the test quality is the set of activities that allow to guarantee that a laboratory keeps giving, in normal conditions, correct results. Our laboratories have quality control procedures to verify the validity of the performed tests, thus the data are registered to be able to detect tendencies, to apply statistical techniques and to analyze the results with the aim to take corrective actions to improve our analytical work continuously.

This work is planned and reviewed by qualified staff and includes the internal use of reference materials, controls with traceable materials, participation in Proficiency Testing Schemes, repetition of tests using the same or different methods and the study of the coherence of results.

Once the process of verification and validation of the results has taken place, the sample can follow two ways: the storage of the sample through keeping it in the suitable conditions, established by our laboratory and according to the criteria established by the client on the analysis request form; or the elimination of the sample according to the procedures established by the laboratory and taking into account the respect to environment.

The new communication technologies are very useful tools to offer the possibility to get the results in a quick manner, such as having the necessary means for an immediate online access to the analytical results through our Web page, with the possibility of receiving copy of the testing results at one or several e-mail addresses.

Even this centralized system, with restricted access for each client, allows the direct management of the quality control through statistical studies, graphicals, summaries, tables, etc. In addition, the professional experience of our team offers permanent technical consuting service to understand and to value results, to inform our clients about the established in the current legislations or to assist them to take suitable decisions.

In case that there is some incidence in the analysis results (legislative non-compliance) an alert system that will inform immediately of the fact has been designed, allowing you to take the most suitable decision in each case.

For domestic waters, we have the data sharing folder for the SINAC (National Information System for Domestic Waters), which will allow our client the safe and trustworthy analytical data transmission with the possibility of confirming personally the information to send.
